"I looked at this site one day and finally
decided I would give it a try. Before this
program I had tried platform shoes, uphill
sprints, heavy squats, up to 200 jumps a day.
None of it ever worked like I hoped. I got
decent gains from all of these things. But
the time it took to complete the exercises
and also the time it took to get results was
just too long. I wasn’t sure whether to
believe Luke or not. But I gave it a try.
I started the stretching and dietary changes
January 1st during my basketball season. I
was 5'10, 165 lbs. and had only a 24 inch
standing vertical despite previous attempts
to increase it.
After January without even touching a workout
I had already increased my vertical by 3
inches. After I started working out I was
even more amazed. I was never sore after a
workout and after only one week of working
out I had already increased my vertical
another 3 inches! I don’t know if this is

lot on muscle development and I can't believe how well

From 22 inches to a massive 43 inches:
I “gained 13 inches” the first time I did it...
And “another 8 inches” the second time!
“I am 16 years old 5'7'' and 130 pounds. My original

but now I easily “dunk off a drop step”!
“As a 6'2", 17 year old, 185 pound white and not so

Only 4 weeks
and already:
8 inches in vert... 0.25 in the 40...
7 inches in high jump, 14 inches in long jump
And... even 25 lbs on the bench-press!

After only a month a using TVP my vert

wanted this to increase so I bought the first thing I
saw, 'Air A**** III'.
Little did I know...
how much this 'SUB-OPTIMAL' program had set me back on
my hike to a 50 inch vertical. During the 6 months after
I completed the program, I was obtaining injuries
almost weekly. I also found that even though I could
jump higher than my teammates, they could still hit over
me. I couldn’t get up as quick as them. This

I got butterflies in my stomach. My jump must have

could get their hands on.
On the website Luke
promises an awful lot – but his system delivers even
more! Unbelievable. I was gutted to read that
I had wasted my time, effort, and money on Air A****
III.

that website. In fact I don't even know
if there are words that can adequately describe the

I implemented the dietary recommendations, made some
lifestyle changes and I have never been healthier. Due
to the dietary manipulations,
before I even began the
training part, I was already jumping 3 inches higher
and feeling so much faster thanks to my fresh new diet.

As I read back over this letter, I realise I am
beginning to sound more and more like the website, but
that’s the effect this program has on you. You will
never want to shut up about it. Hey, I’m on track to
adding 15 inches to my
vertical after only a few weeks!”
